It dawned on me one dawn while meditating on the direction of this blog, that to be fully relished a meal must become more than just the food. When a person is completely present with all senses receptive, a meal becomes a magical romantic experience….Imagine slowly caressing each delectable morsel — from the initial scent to the soft touch on the lips to the deeper, more sensual rolling across the tongue – a sweet, salty, and perhaps citrus nibble followed by a surprisingly spicy bite!
I’ll be sharing my love of Mexico, its food, and its people along with musings about life in general along with tidbits of trivia and other useless information.
